Just a quick note to say hi!
My periods were extremely painfull and had to miss 1-2 days every month. If your periods are heavy I would suggest going to a gynecologist and getting checked or at least discuss endometriosis. Symptoms are heavy periods and painfull cramping each month. I was diagnosed and went throughh treatments but unfortunatly ended by having a hysterectomy. Today there have been many advances for this disease. The main thing is to discuss this with a gynecologist.
Hope this helps you and feel better!
