Just a quick note to say hi!Don't think I've been on since June 2010. About that time I started cutting down on my food intake. Think I've lost around 40 pounds. I feel so much better. I wrote everything I ate in a notebook and calculated the calories. I still keep track if I feel I'm straying too much, but most of the time, I don't now. I rarely weigh myself, usually just at the doctor's office. I've been trying to lose for a very long time. Thought this method might work for you. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, not many starches and sweets, and really watch the fats. Give it a try! I feel so much better. Good luck. I'm still trying to lose more.
