Hi, I am 42 and am thinking about having weight loss surgery. Supposed to weigh about 145 and I'm well over 280 or more probably. I read your post in reponse to someone else who had a question regarding lap-band. Congrats on achieving so much weight loss. I am trying to connect with folks in this forum to see if Lap-banding is right for me. Obviously, it probably will be a choice of lap-banding or the more invasive Gastric bypass procedure. I prefer something like the lap-band--IF it works. Can you drop me a line and give me some tips/info on this. I'd be appreciative. My personal email is ***@****. I'm trying to decide and I think talking to someone who's had it done and who's had success is what I need to do at this point. Thanks so much, Donna
