Yep, that is the ONLY way. All you can do Brice, is keep trying. I am on what I hope is my last quit; 72 days today. I am getting too old, and can no longer breathe while smoking; I don't want COPD. I read a status here at MH that I've got posted all over my house, but most importantly, my Steering Wheel. "If I have a problem and use, now I have Two problems". I wish you the best of luck! :)
