sry didnt see your question about subs till now ......personally i wouldnt do more than a half of sub a day and would taper down to a 1/4 and 5 days total worked best for myself and others but everyone is different....pending what your doing and how much u r pry still guna be feelin bogue but its guna make your dts much easier....1 thing i always tried doing is do the subs for 2 days then not a day then sub the next day then no for 2 then do ur last piece
