I'm also trying to get off effexor. took last pill 20 days ago. but withdrawals are still there. not as bad as week 1 or 2 but still pretty annoying with 100's of brain zaps a day and even night. i have real bad insomnia, and slight nausea all day. i'm looking for someone who is on the other side of the tunnel, someone who got off effexor and doing fine. and i want to know how long it takes to get there. can you plz let me know. thanks. all the best!
