Just a quick note to say hi! Hi, I am feeling better, but everyday is different. I still get a tingling burning sensation at night in my legs, and still donnot sleep well. Benedryl only gives me about 2 hours of broken sleep, and Im hung over in the mornings. I can only take a 1/4 of a pill so as to not get restless leg syndrone. I just got off of Ambien, cause that started to have a negative affect as well. I feel doomed with the sleep. Going to physical therapy helps alot with my body pains. How have you been?
