Yes, clinical hypnosis can be very effective. You should do a search for psychologists who specialize in hypnotherapy....
there is something that you can explore and see if it's effective in your case.
Since you're near a large city, I'm sure that you can find one in your area. Good luck with this...
I"m so sorry...that must really be horrible...
Have you considered hypnosis for this?
There are some good psychologists who specialize in hypnosis, and this may help you. Just a thought....
Wow.....I'm so sorry.....that totally *****...I wonder why they prescribed Zoloft for you...I found that drug to make my nervousness even worse....it's far too simulating for me...that's why I went back on Xanax in January.....I needed something to help me with my anxiety -- I was freaking out.
Have you considered trying something else - not another benzo - but perhaps another AD? Or do you work-out or something to try and help with this....I know anxiety all to well....it's the worse....
Wow - that's huge re: your Zoloft and Klonopin withdrawal!! I can't even imagine.
Sure, I'm open to hear everything - the more info. the better. Today is Day 5 - not feeling as fantastic as Day 4, but we'll see how the day unfolds...
So, let me know what helped you...
Do you still take anything right now?
