Hi saw your question re bone healing foods. I had an illness and the hosp saved my life but didn't know how to help me heal. I got the idea to keep a health journal. Wrote what I ate, my BP, and how I felt. Took a year to start seeing definite patterns. I now know I can't eat gluten without extreme BP increase. Green leaves consistently helped lower BP specially when fresh from the garden. I saw that food affects me way more than anything else even drugs or exercise. Hope this helps. Keep a journal. Know yourself and learn from the patterns luck :)
