i've just started a new business as an Arbonne consultant and am in the process of researching this matter. i know it's been a few years since these posts but i'm hoping i can help you and me. I am 39 and last year had a full hysterectomy. i was put on the pill, then the patch then when that just ate up my skin i went back to estrodial pills along with 2 anti depressants. Arbonne has 2 bioidentical hormones available though and i am getting ready to start the phyto prolief and stop all my other meds. I had recently started being hot all the time, gaining weight and a little moody but my dr. said it's normal. it may be normal but it's not what i want to live like. i'll let you know how this goes. it might be good for you or anyone else out there looking for a solution as well.
