i am a 43 year old mechanic and 2 years ago i tore a ligament clean off my shoulder and that put an end to my working on cars. now i dont do too much but i love camping and fishing and do it whenever i can i am sepated and i have 6 children whom i see whenever i can. th

I saw your post and I just want to say, "hang in there, you can do it...there is a light to end of this tunnel, just do not give up". Cry it out, I did...do not sit keep moving and walking that will get it out of your system faster. Swet it off by walking out side or evening jogging or do the tredmill or anything that keeps you active and moving. The more you do now the faster it will get out of your system and things will get better faster... I know...By moving and exercising caused me to get tired eventually and then I laid on ice for my back and ice on my forehead and ice on my neck to cool down. Pray if you have too, I did...Let it all out and do not hold back!!! You can do this!!!!
