Hi I was reading your post about the staph. I think my bf may be going through the same thing you went through! They found higher than normal amounts of staph in his semen culture and in his sinus culture, but say that can't be what's making him feel so bad! Have you found anything out since you posted about this?

Hey.... I have the greatest amount of sympathy, I had your problem. If you tested staph positive in you semen take another culture under very steril circumstances. have the lab ready to plate it within 30 minutes after you render the sample. If you come up positive again, you will need to A) stop having sex w/ GF. B) have her treated with the appropiated course of antibiotics. C) Treat yourself up to 60 days with the appropiate antibiotic. In my case that was azithromicyn @ 1000mg a day. That killed it after Doxy and Levo failed at a couple of months each. If in need of good Doctosr. Dr. Joseph Harryhill at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania or Dr. Richard Alexander at the University of Maryland. Best of Luck

Just a quick note to say hi! After 7 months of medication, I tried 1 teaspoon of baking soda daily & found the best results yet. I can't explain it, it just worked! take care.
