i read your post. i think its down to paranoia, as your living in a country where its knowing these things happen, i think sub consciously your brain is in overwork mode rather than relaxed mode when you're sleeping.
if you have tried drugs (i suggest small dosages to help you sleep so you don't get addicted) if they don't work. i think if you took a good holiday to a country where you don't have to worry about anything like Ireland maybe this would help you get into a good routine for when you get back home. if you would like any more advise just email me
