You're in my thoughts today...hi sweetie...long time no hear...how's life treating you....has autumn arrived in the good old UK?...I have friends who are leaving here next week for a walking holiday somewhere around the Yorkshire Downs I do believe...Its peeing down with rain at the moment here although we have had a fantastic summer...The New Model Army were performing in New York the other weekend...my son Jeff is a fan of theirs and he went to see them...My son is 40 next month so maybe you are not familar with this group...Jeff lives in Vermont USA so he didn't have all that far to travel to NY state...said he spent $1200 that weekend..hotels very expensive...but said he felt it was worth every penny as he enjoyed himself so very much...hope to hear from you in due course..lol O(^_^)O
Thank you for your note...when I lived in Chelmsford I rode a bike everywhere...I never owned a car in the 12 years I was there...they are not push bike friendly here so I find it perilous to go far on my bike...I currently live in a village and am able to ride here...Canada has long winters so unlike Chelmsford I cannot ride year round....you wil really shed the pounds or stones as you would say quickly...my 30 min. ride and mind you this is at a rather slow pace burns up 300 cals....Essex too was a very and I mean very flat county...I had no fear riding in the middle of the traffic...never had an accident...I was in tip top shape...go to it girl.
Just a quick note to say hi!...how's things going over in birmingham?..city with the spaghetti junction and the midland red...is it hot over there?...its very hot here in canada...in the 90's...sept will be here in a day or two..hard to believe...riding my push bike now....1 mile per day...its a start and a struggle...feel much better once I've done it though...feel better physically and it gets the bats out of my belfry....great feeling...managed 4 rides in the one week...I only consume on average 1400 cal per day..not alot...so I must go the way of exercise...drawback...I hate to exercise...what a delemna...hows it going with you?
