About Me: Female, 75, Merrick, NY, member since Aug 2010
I am nearly 72 years old (next month), have been extremely healthy till now, I take no medications at all, only multi-vitamin and calcium pill. Now when I wake up I am achy getting out of bed, even though I bought a new mattress to alleviate this problem. It's not doi
[More]ng it. I need to stretch in order to get started and that works for most of the day, but as day goes on the pain in my upper right buttocks gets worse. Treadmill does not hurt. I did tear my miniscus a few months ago in a strenuous zumbo class, but not too much pain on that right knee. I am a retired secretary, very active, and am not accepting these new painful bouts very well.
