Just a quick note to say hi!
Just a quick note to say hi! I saw you post about the vibrating. I too have this happen to me but it's mainly concentrated in the legs and hips. I don't know what to do as it's getting worse and embarrassing. No pain, and it only happens when I lay down. It's goes away after a while, but if I roll over or move my legs it starts up again. Did you ever find out what was causing it? I thought I was the only one as I've never heard of this before. Wish it had a name. Can anyone help guide my in the right direction. Had a brain MRI a few years ago and everything looked OK. I'm really scared and don't know where else to turn. My GP doctor just blows it off and thinks it's Essential Benine Tremors and say's I just need to live with it.
