Hi Suebell, I read your post and it really hit home for me. I spent years with severe depression. It wasn't until I got really sick physically that I discovered on my own what was wrong. I was suffering severe fatigue, deja vue, trigeminal neuralgia and a variety of other symptoms including a skin cancer appeared on my face. The doctors removed the cancer, but were useless in diagnosing or treating my issues.
What cured me was not the meds from idiot doctors, it was plain simple nutrition. I went on a raw food diet and in two weeks I felt like a new person. It's been two years now depression free, no cancer and the trigeminal neuralgia is gone.
I also started taking liquid 2000UI vitamin D, liquid vitamin B12, multi B and some regular multi-vitamins and I feel great all the time. Good luck
