Yes, University of Maryland. Dr. Soba is who did mine. Who is your attorney, maybe I should contact him..?? I am alive, so don't know if they would consider my case. I live on the Eastern Shore, where are you? When did this happen to your husband? Was it for an ablation precedure as ?

That is exactly where I had my ablation done. When did this happen, mine was done in March 2009 by a Dr. Saba. Is it the same man? They have doctored my records as well. I have no recourse here. I have been on prednisone since this happen as I have said. I still have pain in my upper chest, I think it is scar tissue .I have not found a good lawyer as of yet. Did you sue the hospital ? Dr. Saba was not qualified to do mine, he is only an internist, with ''an interest in ablations'' it says in his bio.. what a joke. He should not be in this business. The head of the electrophysology department lead me to believe he would do my ablation, that was not the truth. I am very sad for you. I try to forget about what happen to me, but am reminded everyday that my life is not the same.

Delis, I am so sorry about your husband. Where was his surgery done? I am still on prednisone, but only 4mg. per.day now. I have given up on any legal action. I feel fortunate that I have slowly gotten better and am trying to move forward with my life. I still have the PVC's, and guess I always will, since I will never have another ablation done. Hope to hear back from you and please share your story with me. Best Regards..
