Thank you for everything! Just read your post on the breathing/yawning thing. I was seriously starting to freak out about this. I've only noticed it the last few weeks; I do have a lot of stress in my life now and I know I tend to be a mouth breather when I'm not paying attention.
Just reading your post helped; I'm now sitting here with my mouth firmly closed and breathing through my nose. I feel so much better already.
