Hi there. I was reading a post about the whole feeling of bugs crawling on you. I have been having that issue every time I lay down, and I just recently started to notice it too. I wanted to say thanks, because due to some issues I have been having, I've been getting like 2 hours of sleep a night. I think you are right about this issue. I am going to get some nyquil or something and force myself into a normal sleeping pattern. Thanks for the advice!
