About Me: Male, 63, Geneva, OH, member since Oct 2010
Vietnam-era veteran, USAF -- married, one child, college educated.
I contracted HCV around 1972 and was diagnosed in 1998. I completed a 48 wk. tx with pegasys & copegus
[More] in early September of this year. Although the virus was reduced to an undetectable level and my liver enzymes are normal again, my immune system was ravaged and, toward the end, my chemo was augmented with a weekly shot of neupogen(sp?). I received six of these. My cell counts are returning to normal, but I hurt everywhere, all the time. Sleeping is a challenge... EVERY NIGHT!
