About Me: Female, 25, fond du lac, WI, member since Oct 2010
I'm a 20 year old female who has been dealing with different kidney issues since I was 8 with few answers.
After frequent kidney infections, at 17 I had bilateral deflux
[More] surgery to repair vesicoureteral reflux. At 19 I found out I had a significant amount of stones in my left kidney, the largest was over 2cm. I had two laser lithotripsy procedures this year, but after this I still have small stones in the left side, and found that I now have a small stone in the left.
Currently looking for answers that i'm not getting from doctors as to why this is happening to me... My most recent nephrologist told me to drink more lemonade, I don't feel like this is enough of an answer for a person of my age with this many issues ..
