About Me: Female, 32, Toledo, OH, member since Nov 2010
My name is Mandii and I am interested in a lot of health issues because I am going into the field of medicine. I have a history of cancer in my family so I would like to learn more about it. We need to find a cure for this lifetaking disease. It has claimed too many liv
[More]es in my family and my loved ones families. I wish that one day WHEN we find a cure, I am around to see that glorious day.
I am extremely passionate about life and I live every day to the fullest. I am however subscribing to this because I have issues in my life that I would like to learn more about. I suffer from allergies which just started this year. I am on a daily medication for that, but still seems to not work so well. I probably need something a bit stronger. I also have very serious sleep issues that I would like to learn more about...I am a smoker and know the risks of smoking, but would like to learn more about quitting and helping my partner quit. I also have depression issues. I am a very emotional person. I don't know if it's genetic because my sister and mother are the same way. The women in my family have big hearts and cry a lot. We can cry at the drop of a dime for no good reason. A commercial for instance. LoL I want to learn more about this condition because for me, it's a serious problem. I HATE crying. Also, why does it happen? Is it genetic? Or is it because I have a depression problem? And why am I so depressed about every day life issues? Why do I care so much about what my boss thinks of me? Why am I always so stressed out over bills and work? What is my problem? Other people can deal with every day problems just fine. But me, I cry, almost every day. It's sad.
So here I am, hopefully I can change, because I want to live a happy fulfilling life! =)
Just a quick note to say hi! Buy a Zeo sleep coach. You wear it across the top of your head like a headband. It has a special alarm clock that tracks your sleep stages, and is programed to wake you up before your alarm would usually go off, by waking you up when you are in a light sleep phase, not deep, which is why you don't here your alarm. It really does help.
