[More]e how others were doing.I gained about 3 lbs over the 6 weeks since I went off of the last course.I have serious health problems with arthritis and kidney stones so I am taking magnesium chloride/thiosulfate soaks and dog grass to keep the stones from forming.Hope it works for the stones but it is helping my ankylosing spondylitis for sure. Not expensive(cheap) compared to drugs and doctors.Magnesium is messy and stings a bit but not as bad as the side effects of methaltrexate and prednisone.I even brush my teeth with it.It is terrible tasting at first but I am used to it now.Breathing without the chest constrictions is great. Also being able to turn my head and reducing my thoracic kyphosis to the point that most wouldn't know I ever suffered from it.
