About Me: Female, 46, San Angelo, TX, member since Nov 2010
I am a 40 year old, happily married, Mother of 4. However, I say I'm happy, the fact is...I'm miserable! I used to be so pretty and thin. Now, I'm about 100 pounds overweight, have no energy, depressed and sad all the time, and I have been having horrible panic attacks!
[More] I want so bad to be a happy, healthy, energetic, thin, etc... person! I feel so overwhelmed and I don't even know where to start! My Mom has lung cancer and now my favorite uncle has cancer too. I am a fulltime college student, fixing to graduate. Honestly, the way I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally, I don't know how in the world I am going to be able to hold a job! Somethings gotta change and I don't know where to start!
