I read your profile. You are living a very good life, taking care of your health and enjoy doing it. May I suggest something simple? Cold shower- hydro- therapy. I have not tried it. I just knew about it recently. Alternating hot and cold shower is a thermal exercise.My brother in law is 86.Does not do any exercise or even regular walking.But he can walk 5 miles without a stop. He takes cold showers throughout the year. Of course we cannot generalize on one case. It is just an exchange of idea.Best of luck.
