Oh Muraji I dont she was just a dumb lunkhead - most PCPs just know so little about hcv it is very upsetting, especially after going through so much to get rid of it and watching my friends still who are waiting to get rid of it go through the hardship of treatment. It takes away the pride that they should have when you hear someone say something so uneducated and act like I didn't know what i was talking about. I wanted to ask her if she ever had the chicken pox and tell well then since you still have those antibodies you still have the chicken pox today so maybe you shouldn't be in a hospital infecting people :O

I’m glad I was able to put a smile on your face. I am also glad that sometimes MH allows us to “get out of the box.” We knew it was a matter of time before they stopped it. If all we ever did was concentrate on this illness, Tx, Sx, Post Sx. It would totally consume us. To me Laughter is a sign of not being defeated.

Never got an opportunity to say thanks for your response on a post awhile back about hearing loss. Hoping that you've regained the hearing acuity you had pre-treatment.. how's the hearing recovery going if at all? Have not had the opportunity to say so, but glad to see you still frequenting the community. :) Take care.
