Thanks for your note! I've been on 5,000 iu of D3/day for about two months. My doctor put me on that high dosage when my chest xray showed thinning of my ribcage. Exercising and eating a lot of D rich foods to build my bone back up.
I hope that your breathing issue goes away for good. Mine is perpetual. 24/7. Scary. Hopefully it'll clear up soon . . .
