Ive been experiencing this for a quarter of my life now. Im having an episode as I type. I still dont know what causes this. I too have to stand and stretch out to try to yawn to get relief. Im 48, m, and about 25 over weight. Quite often when I get these attacks I over heat but dont have high blood pleasure.
Just a quick note to say hi!
I had a simular injury. accupunture was of some help. But it doesn't last. It's an injury to the nerve that runs through the ribs. Have had it for better than 10 years. Try stretching the area. But be careful.
I have the same thing exactly! I went even further for answers and still have the symptoms! suffocation! oxygen starved! not getting enough air to capture a breath! stress and anxiety they say???xanax helps, but does not ever go away...it's been 6 years and i live in horror about catching my breath on a day to day basis.
