Yes that's true, and I'll be attending to mine daily to try and get some visible results/patterns by hopefully the end of January - I'm returning home for my annual family visit from China then, and hope it'll be enough for my GP to recognise my need for a sleep specialist referral.
I just bought some melatonin to see how well it can regulate my nights, and some caffeine just in case I have a bad morning. I know I shouldn't use them together though. Do you think it's best to start melatonin treatment now, or wait until some patterns show up on my tracker first?
