Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks! I am really trying to work out the triggers...but sigh I am not having much luck. I know the barometer is huge, huge, huge. Of course I live in B.C. Canada where it's always up and down. I don't eat much dairy...can't remember the last time I had a glass of milk. (Does Egg Nog count lol!) But, I could be eating it hidden in foods without knowing. I currently am not taking any meds for controlling them. Knock on wood, I have only had two long ones this month (migraines) the rest have been just headaches or phantom migraines. You know, when you have all the symptoms of a migraine but no pain. I love this group...it makes me feel good to know I am not alone out there!
