HI. I just read your posting about your spinal fractures. While I can't really give advice about the osteoporosis, I can give you some possibly helpful advice about dealing with the pain. I have had a Jefferson's Fracture - multiple fractures of my C1 vertebra. Because it happened in a remote area of a very poor country, I did not receive proper medical treatment. I now suffer from a long list of problems - all related to having broken my neck. My spine has shifted and causes me intense pain, migraines, constant headaches, etc. The ONLY thing that I have found that helps - and I have tried MANY things - is CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY. I cannot recommend it enough! Not all craniosacral therapists are equal; you may have to try several before you find one that helps you.
