I have been studying Long QT Syndrome since losing my precious 22 year old daughter to undiagnosed CLQTS in 1997. I'm a nurse by education, and would be glad to talk with you about this. I don't want to post my E-mail address on a public forum. I have been genetically tested and have the Type II gene & my husband and two living children (ages 34 & 32) have the LQT-6 gene. Have you had genetic testing in your family to see which type of CLQTS your family has? This is very important in order to evaluate your risk better, and also to know more about how to treat it. I do not think those two things you named are part of CLQTS--but I am not sure, nor of course am I a doctor. I would love to talk with you and give you some pointers about keeping yourself safe. It is not a death sentence
