Just a quick note to say hi !Dear JTD, I also have Rheumatoid Arthitis diagnosed since 1998 I take 25mgs of Methotrexate a week.I highly recommend THE BLOOD GROUP DIET by Dr Peter D, Adamo, you can buy a number of books and recommend the book specificly for Athritis and also Cook Right For Your Type which has diets and delicous recipes to help you on your way.You can go on his website just type For your type or The Blood Group Diet in.Before you start you must know your blood group Dr Dadamo does supply tests if your doctor cant tell you,they dont always keep it on file(mine didnt).I am blood group O which tends to be more aggressive unluckily! It has helped me enormously. Try his supplements especially Deflect, please give it a go.Good luck Louise
