Thanks, I was hoping that this journal was still current. I am finally coming to terms with my addiction to DXM and all the problems it has caused me. For some reason I thought I was the only person in my age bracket that was still doing this stuff. I never could understand why I kept going back to it even though I knew how bad it was for my body, and how it was wreaking havoc on my life. Just 2 days off of it today. I've been doing it off and on since I was 14 and I'm 27 now. I feel so ashamed, but hopeful now knowing there are others out there like me.
