Surgically removed: thyroid, gallbladder, both ovaries, 12" large intestine, 6' small intestine, 1 parathyroid . . . and counting (8" more of large intestine is threatening to abandon ship at any moment).

[More] So far diagnosed with: papillary carcinoma, PCOS, arthritis, Type II diabetes, COPD, fibromyalgia, bleeding ulcers, IBS/twisted bowel (surgically removed 18"), *four* herniated cervical disks with ventral chord impingement and foraminal stenosis (wahoo), migraines, lumbar spinal stenosis, spherocytic hemolytic anemia, Morton's neuroma x2 (ouch!!), acute pancreatitis, RA and OA, lattice retinal degeneration, ulcerative colitis and bleeding duodenitis.
Cancer: papillary carcinoma 11/03 with right lobectomy
(3 sisters diagnosed with papillary carcinoma, 1 precancer, daughter diagnosed precancerous thyroid all in 2004)
left lobectomy 12/04
recurrence and localized mets in neck - RAI 11/06 (100mCi)
thyroid storm 02/07 and 3/09
arthritis diagnosed 07/07 (thank you RAI)
bile duct scarred from RAI (surgically fixed with ERCP 2008 - complication with pancreatitis and 5days in hospital)
current Synthroid 112mcg and 25mcg Cytomel
Tg and TSH unstable as of 11 09 (following GI surgeries and bleeding)
