i've had 2 surgical laminectomiew/fusions s @ c6-7 then again @ c5-6, stenosis, and the inability for the spinal fluid to equalize, causing excess pressure on c2-3, where the facial numbness is originated, they dx the condition as trigeminal neuragia and claimed it was inoperable, most surgeons will mislead you due to the fact that they pay so much for medical malpractice ins. they elect to opt for any alternate diagnosis, and or treatment, keep your faith, there's eventually going to be a new breed of neurologist, with enough "nerve", to act upon their hypocratic oath, in favor of financial ruin
i've lived with these ailments for 23 years
Hang in there, It's our only hope
