Hello Photohappy...thanks for sharing your story I had rods put in for 23 years then taken out going thru many of your issues. seems my upper back is getting weaker, muscle disfunction....just love walking for exercise..I try not to get down but just live life differently and pace myself. best...nice to know I'm not alone
