I need to detox from 8 years of oxycontin use for pain. I'm scared out of my mind. I am alone with no family and I cannot afford to go into rehab. Those rip off rehab centers charge 20K a month.. and they just watch you suffer. I hope you guys will help me with moral s
[More]upport. I have tried to detox on my own 3 times before and was unsuccesful. God help me!
Just a quick note to say hi!
Thank's for the response. Hang in there. If you can spend time around other people, even if it's just going around the shops...you don't have to buy anything, it will help. Drink lots of warm water if you can manage it, it's easier on your system apparently. Try not to moan at yourself too much , your doing well and take each day at a time. I'm really proud of you for going for it especially through weaning I could not have done it that way. So go girl, lots of support to you.
