In regards to your inner ear, (deep inside almost at the jaw), I have the same issue. It is 100% allergic reaction. All allergists and doctors I have spoken too do not know what the hell I am talking about, but I am taking Zyrtec, and that reduces my allergies, including this inner ear feeling. Allergen Immunotherapy is the best approach. I plan to take allergy shots consistently for 3 years, and hope that I get better. There is no guarantee that I will improve, but 70% of people do see improvements. Some only slightly improve, and others improve completely. If your jaw hurts, maybe you were doing what i used to do, which was to delibritely chew on things to "loosen up" the tight swollen inner ear feeling, and eventually my jaw started hurting. Take anti-histamines and get allergy shots.
HOW are you feeling now? I had this problem too, reply to me and I will send you the youtube link that had a guy with a great massage for Jaw pain,
