Initially was told in late 80's I had antibodies to Hep B and had shed the virus. In for abdominal surgery August 2010 and after some high liver enzymes, the doc ran some tests and determined Hep C, genotype 1a. Decided to delay trt until mid April 2011 and started SO
[More]C before the new PI's were approved.
Started with a viral load of 24,179 and und at 4 weeks. Had the RNA QN TMA done at 12 weeks, also und. Other than some major fatigue, still working full time and trying to cycle a few times per week. ANC tanked at week 8 and neupogen 2x per week. Some rash issues developed from heat/sun/sweating/meds, but under control for now.
No know one posts because they and their Docs don't know what is wrong with them until they stumble on a sight like this, and are thrown for a loop then they cry from relief that this is exactly whats wrong. Finally! an I have an answer! or at least a place to look.
