About Me: Female, 34, Calgary, AB, member since Apr 2011
I am a 29 year old stay--at-home mom to m 4yr old little princess. Married to a wonderful man. What started shortly after the birth of my daughter as post-partum depression seems to have quickly spiralled into a bunch of other issues,I am diagnosed as Major depressive,
[More] obsessive compulsive disorder and social anxiety disorder, oh and adult ADD. So along with my psychiatrist recommending it to help keep track of moods, emotions, sleep... , this site seems like a great source for support.I'm hoping to be able to find some support and people who might be dealing with the same problems, to maybe get some new ideas to try to make myself feel "normal" again...it feels like forever ago since 'normal'
