Hi! I am not sure if you are a member of this community any more, but I am writing to you regarding a post you made in 2009 about your son's receptive language. I came across your post when googling the prognosis for receptive language delay. My daughter, now 27 months, is exactly the way you have described your son. She is in EI. I am just looking for encouraging stories regarding such delays and they seem hard to find online. I am wondering how your son is now and if he did eventually catch up, if there was anything particular that helped. Would greatly appreciate a response. TIA!
