Randomly came across your question. I am not a doctor but I have been suffering similar symptoms to you and no doctor has helped find out what's wrong yet. I trialed a steroid injection into my abdominal wall muscle as one possible diagnosis was 'abdominal cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome'. My gastroenterologist stated that is becoming a more commonly overlooked cause of abdominal pain. It is suggested that if you tense your stomach muscles and palpate your tender area it can become a more intense pain. Anyways Google it, its an interesting read.
