Hay buddy I've been wondering the same thing as we speak I lay here on my couch craven an kicking by the way isn't fun I've been on these sites for months now trying to find quick ways to deal wit the w/ds but there just isn't anyway but just plain ol suffer yeah its harsh but its seems to b the only way to get it done but we both have the same question but no answers I would just stay away from it in an all buddy bc is it worth it....
I just joined today...I am in the same position as you, ready to relapse...There really is no advice but do just live day to day...Thats why I decided to join this site, I need support...I am serious, talking about this may help you, this have given me a little light of hope and something to look forward to,
