hi fiona iv just had my op 9 wks ago. im 42 ans my discs c4/5 C5/6 c6/7 where bulging and touchin my spinal cord. i had them done and feel so much better than i did ut what the docs wont tell you is that its a long road to recovery love. many ppl end up with frozen shoulder(capulitis) afterwards. this is very painful and still need pain killers for it. but i would rather have this pain. if you are interested im on a site with many other ppl that are either getting/done thier operations. you can ask ppl any question that you wish and nothing is too silly to ask. remember we are or have all been through this we are here to help. the lady who started it is called sarah darby. she has done many sites on her but she will point you in the rite direction hun. hope to see u on there soon xxx
