, i am self destructing. It fine to wonder, then get it checked. don't go crazy over it, but workon breathing and other techniques. I honestly feel for you bud!! I know what its like. bask in the love, and friendship of your children, and you can alway chat with me. as they say if you start worrying remember and say to yourself its just worry, take some slow deep breathes in through your nose and out your mouth.practice everyday for awhile then when your stressed use it. it helps. keep in touch bud. wher are u calling from? im in canada.
Hope you feel better soon! Look buddy, yes it makes it more difficult with children. Thank your lucky stars you have kids who love you. I would love children, but that will not happen. Could it be as well that your feeling sik becasue you worry alot. I am not trying to say this is the answer for you, but i have degenerative disk disease, asthma, osteoarthritis and most of the time stressed. it could be my health problems stem from the fact of anxiety.
