I know it's been a while since your post but i just read it and was just wondering how you are doing now.
I just starting experiencing the symptoms you said you had. Like an hour ago. Pressure in my head, cold, concentration problems. I've had anxiety for a while so of course i immediately think I have a brain tumor. I have heart problems too which didn't help much when i started freaking out. I've had untreated anxiety and depression for a few years now cuz i don' t have insurance and my life has continually gotten worse over the years so i think it's all starting to catch up with me. Thats what i'm telling myself anyways to try to keep calm.
Just wondering how that was going for ya. If it was anxiety or not, or if you still experience it.
