Wife to an underweight husband, mum to a child of perfect weight, cook of 3 different types of evening meal so a slave to the stove!
Don't want to get to my thirties and be as overweight as I have been. Not on any particular diet - just eating nothing but fruit, veg, pulses and lean protein. Drinking fruit and herbal teas and sparkling water. As restrictive as it sounds I'm finding I have a real aversion to fatty or sugary food so cravings haven't been a problem yet.
Since my teens I've never been smaller than a UK14 (US10) and I'm hoping to get to that size again if not a bit smaller. I'm certain that at the moment my size is worsening other medical conditions and I look forward to feeling better and having some more energy!
