Don't worry, I'm not gonna cheat on my diet! It's only for another 11days anyway, then I move onto the next phase. I'm seeing great results so that keeps me going, plus I have a trip to the US in 2weeks; gotta look hot for that! Lol. Atkins is awesome the first time you do it, but it loses more effectiveness each time you go back, as it's meant to be a "way of life" not a diet to shed a few pounds fast. The later stages are perfect for maintaining weight though, so that's what I'll be going back to in a few weeks. So long as I can have cheese and peanut butter in my life again I'll be one happy bunny! Lol:)
Just a quick note to say hi! Just saw your comment on my food journal... It's actually pretty easy to keep going on just 500cal, because I'm taking the homeopathic diet supplement hcg, which releases stored bodyfat to be used as your fuel. It's great so far, but I miss my Atkins-style diet from before! I love cheese! Lol :)
